A doula helps you to prepare for the birth of your baby and provides full range support at the birth, as well as the early postpartum period. We help you explore your options and preferences, act as a sounding board for your concerns and help you talk to your providers so you can make the best decisions for you and your baby. We provide evidence based information and will always support your choices.
