I’m Jet’aime, a girl mama, lover of Jesus and the owner of Full Bloom Birthing Co.!  I have always been passionate about birth and believe it to be a beautiful miracle to carry life and bring it into the world. After five years of trying, my husband and I conceived our daughter and I could not wait to meet her! While she was born perfectly healthy, our birth experience was nothing less than traumatic. This experience, coupled with this country’s astounding maternal mortality rate (primarily amongst black and brown women), intensified my passion surrounding birth and I knew that I wanted to commit myself to this work.

     

So I quit my day job and birthed Full Bloom!

I believe that birth should be an empowering experience for every woman. Your body was created to bring forth life and you, mama, are so capable. With both education and support, your birth can be the beautiful experience that you desire for it to be.
