Hi there! I’m Jet’aime—girl mama, Jesus lover, and the proud owner of Full Bloom Birthing Co.! Serving families in the metro Atlanta area since 2021, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 400 births. Birth has always been a passion of mine, a miraculous and sacred experience that I’m honored to share with others.
After five years of battling infertility, I was overjoyed to finally welcome my daughter into the world. While she was born perfectly healthy, my birth experience was deeply traumatic. That, combined with the alarming maternal mortality rates in this country—especially among Black and Brown women—ignited a fire in me to make a difference.
So, I took a leap of faith, left my day job, and brought Full Bloom to life!
One of my greatest joys is educating and empowering families to achieve the birth experiences they desire—free from fear, trauma, or coercion from the medical system. I believe every woman deserves to feel confident and supported during birth because their body was designed by God for this very work.

Shira Lawrence is the Founder and CEO of SHE by Shira Doula Services. She is a full spectrum doula and childbirth education specialist servicing Middle GA. Prior to becoming a full-time birth professional, Shira was an early childhood educator. As an inaugural member of Full Bloom’s doula training cohort,Shira has partnered with over 50 families to create a birth experience rooted in education and advocacy. In her spare time, Shira enjoys beaches, spas and all things nature. She is the proud mother of 3 very busy bumble bees (2 boys and 1 girl).

Hi there, I am Carmen Reid - Compassionate. Intuitive. Encouraging. I am a Spelman College and Candler School of Theology graduate who is committed to lovingly empowering and supporting families as they transition into parenthood. My aim is to always be a knowledgeable advocate, a calming presence, and a safe space for all of my families. I have supported single mommies, VBAC mommies, belly birth mommies, and so many others before, during, and after labor. Most importantly, I can't wait to support you and welcome your little one, earthside!

Hi, I’m Asia Junea, a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families throughout the metro Atlanta area. I am deeply passionate about supporting families, especially during the overnight postpartum transition so parents can rest, recover, and feel confident as they adjust to life with their newborn.
I provide compassionate support, evidence-based education, and steady advocacy to help families feel informed and empowered every step of the way. My experience includes supporting a wide range of birth journeys, including VBAC, inductions, and cesarean births, allowing me to meet families with understanding and adaptability no matter how their story unfolds.
My motto is, “Informed parents fuel an empowered birth.” I also draw strength from my faith, believing the Word of the Lord declares that women are fearfully and wonderfully made,fully equipped for the beautiful and transformative work of bringing forth life.

I am also a certified CPR instructor, as well as a wife and mother of 2. I breastfed each of my kids for a little over 2 years. In my limited free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, new puppy and traveling. I love that God has called me to work with new and expecting families and I can't wait to work with you on your breastfeeding journey!

My name is Stephanie. I’m a Christian, a wife (Marcus), and mom (Samuel & Jacqueline). My son was conceived after 2 miscarriages and almost 3 years of infertility via IUI, and my daughter was adopted. After bringing home my babies, I had extensive support from friends and family, including 6 weeks that my mom spent caring for my son and I. I only had to focus on recovering, nourishing myself and my babe.
It was this experience and my journey to motherhood being riddled with loss, infertility, a high-risk pregnancy, and birthing in a system that doesn’t have the best track record with black mothers that led me to birth work.
