Full Bloom Birthing's Doula Training Program is a faith-based program that is founded on Christ-centered principles. We believe that birth work is a ministry in which we serve women, compassionately, during one of the most vulnerable transitions of her life. We honor the role of women in pregnancy and childbirth and believe in their innate ability to birth their babies, on their terms.
Our training program will prepare you with the skills to support women physically, emotionally and spiritually as they labor and give birth.
We also believe in true advocacy and will equip you with the vital tool to advocate for birthing women and facilitate change in a variety of circumstances and settings.
We have a comprehensive curriculum that integrates the history of maternal care, physiological and evidence-based birth, the philosophy and principles of a doula and much more. We want you to be able to educate and give your clients the very best care, while helping them to feel empowered throughout pregnancy and birth. We will also address cultural understanding, communication skills and self-care for long-term sustainability, multiplication and vitality.
